Turkey Pot Pie made with leftover Turkey and Basic Pastry Dough


pastry dough:

5 1/3 cups of all purpose flour

4 sticks very cold unsalted butter (1 lb)

4 teaspoons salt

cup ice water


cut butter and salt into the flour with a pastry blender until the mixture is like coarse meal. sprinkle ice water a tablespoon at a time and mix until a ball forms, cut in four, form four disks and refrigerate until ready to roll out.


turkey pot pie:

4 cups cooked turkey cut into 1 cubes
