lemony shrimps and scallops
¾ lb shrimps
¾ lb bay scallops
3 tablespoons butter
1 table spoon olive oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
½ cup minced onion
¼ cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons wondra* or regular flour
¾ lb linguini
cook linguini 2 minutes less than done. drain and set aside.
heat skillet on medium high heat, spray with cook spray, add olive oil and butter to skillet.
add onion, when translucent add garlic and parsley.
add rinsed and dried, shrimp and scallops and cook until shrimps are almost done, sprinkle wondra or flour on the seafood and stir.
add lemony shrimps and scallops to drained linguini, stir and serve.
*wondra is a quick mixing flour for making smooth sauces and gravies.
