Peanut Sauce
use this sauce in many things.
i love it over rice
or on crackers, i add a little hot sauce to the
peanut mix. this
is also good on steamed vegetables or even raw vegetables.

(3-inch) piece ginger, grated or chopped fine

cup rice wine vinegar

tablespoon soy sauce

lime, juiced

tablespoons sesame oil
1/2
cup peanut butter
1/2
teaspoon ground black pepper

serrano chili, minced fine
mix
all together and use as a dipping sauce or a sauce to drizzle on shredded cold
poached chicken or on cold pasta mixed with blanched or lightly cooked veges to be vibrant and crunchy, vegetables such as
asparagus, broccoli, green beans, snow pea pods, uncooked but cut up tomato,
scallions, shredded cabbage, carrot. use any of these that appeal to you. finely minced
cilantro and or mint is a good herb to use with this sauce.
